Booking, payment and visit rules

1. General provisions

These Terms describe the rules for using the website, booking visits and paying for services offered by Marcin Therapy & Touch.

2. Booking

Booking is handled through the Cal.com system embedded on the website. The user selects a service, date and - where applicable - completes payment in the same flow.

A booking becomes effective after the process is completed correctly in the system and confirmation is received.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe through Cal.com. If a service requires advance payment, failure to complete payment may prevent the booking from being completed.

The currency and price are visible next to the specific service. Any later price changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.

4. Visit rules

The user should arrive on time and inform us about any relevant health contraindications that may affect the safety of the treatment.

Being late may shorten the visit so that subsequent bookings are not affected. In case of no-show, a fee may be charged according to the rules indicated in the booking confirmation and within the limits of applicable law.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

If the user cannot attend the visit, they should cancel or reschedule as soon as possible using the available contact channels or booking system mechanisms.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted by e-mail or phone. Please describe the situation as precisely as possible so that we can respond quickly and, if necessary, propose a solution.

7. Technical requirements

To use the website and booking system, a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser and acceptance of necessary cookies are required. If payments are enabled, additional requirements of the payment platform may apply.

8. Final provisions

These Terms apply from the moment they are published on the website. Matters not regulated here are governed by applicable law. If the Terms are updated, the new version will be published on the website.
